Top 3 Essential Oil Blends for Winter

I have noticed that as the seasons change, so changes my stash of essential oils. Don’t get me wrong – I always seem to have a few homestead staples in stock year round like lavender, tea tree, & oil of oregano. When it comes to essential oil blends, however, I do tend to rotate them out with the seasons.

Here are my Top 3 Essential Oils Blends for Winter….

#1 Perspective Blend

Perspective Essential Oil Blend (from Rocky Mountain Oils) may help you release past negative feelings that are being held onto, giving you peace and perspective during tough situations. Although the winter months are filled with joyous times, the short amount of daylight & cold weather can get even the cheeriest of us. I’ve been using this blend to uplift my mood and relax Klaire for nap time/bedtime.
